Bowon Hwang is an experienced Producer/Creator/Studio Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing creative industry. She is currently working at Nike Korea as a Creative Operations Specialist, being in charge of Creative Production and Studio Management. She produces people's experiences through her works. Before she started her position at Nike Korea, she worked as a creator in brand experience marketing industry, handled all levels of creatives from strategy planning to production; from spatial(in/exterior) to digital content. Her experience in various pillars of creative such as producing, studio management and design have made synergy effect by making her understanding of creative industry deeper. She believes: Exploring is the key, process is the outcome, having fun is vital.

Her skillset covers a range of facets based on marketing creative industry. From contents strategy, project management, communication, pre/post production and budget management. Along with these, she is also talented in photography, videography, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling/rendering. She has strong ability of solving problems with logical and critical thinking, and working under pressure and with tight deadlines.
